The timeline gives you a clearer picture of what happened, when, and who was involved along the way. This is particularly useful when handing over projects, conducting risk assessments, or when several colleagues are working with the same client.

How the sentiment analysis works
When MARS is integrated with your own language model, the AI Assistant can analyse the sentiment of archived emails. The analysis rates communication on a scale from very negative to very positive, giving you a direct overview of how the dialogue is developing.
The analysis is accessible directly in Outlook or in the Admin Center. If you need a complete overview across projects and stakeholders, the data can also be visualised in Power BI.
Custom tags for flexible categorisation
Tags make it possible to categorise archived emails by the topics that matter to your organisation. This could be GDPR, invoicing, changes, risks, or other workflows where certain emails require particular attention.
MARS comes with a set of predefined tags, but these can also be tailored to your needs. This allows the AI Assistant to help structure communication without requiring any changes to the actual data structure of the email archive.
