Your mails will be stored on a server in Germany. Additionally, we are independent of hosting services, meaning that if new requirements arise regarding data location, we can act proactively and always remain compliant with EU data regulations.

We use a customised migration engine that archives your mails based on contact information, so nothing gets lost. You simply send your mails via an encrypted connection and we will automatically import your entire mail history into MARS, so it feels like your mails have always been there.

If your organisation wants to integrate your archived mail drive with the rest of your IT architecture, handles a large volume of mails, or has an increased focus on IT security, the Enterprise plan is the right choice.

MARS is built and owned by Orbit Online A/S. Orbit Online has been in existence since 2011 and delivers complex standard solutions for project and process management to the construction and manufacturing industries.

If your organisation needs to store all mails at all times, and only requires one administrator access to your mail drive, this is the right solution for you.

Yes. If, for example, your organisation has different needs for how mails should be stored, you can choose the Standard or Enterprise plan for those who need to structure a mail drive – and connect the rest of the organisation as an Active Inbox. That way, you are fully covered.

If you choose to start a paid plan with MARS, we will invoice you. You do not need to attach a payment card when placing your order.

If your organisation archives emails on specific projects and uses mails as part of your documentation process, the Standard plan is the right choice.
